Great Products, service needs improvement
I recently purchased a Dell refurbished tower, it was a everything I expected it to be. The two computers I purchased were shipped quickly to my home. The only reason I am leaving a 4 instead of a 5 for the rating is that the original shipment did not have the wireless keyboards and mouse I purchased to go with the computers. It was frustrating to my children who were waiting for them. The situation was rectified quickly after a phone call, voicemail, then call back. With this being my first encounter, I would think about this prior to referring my family and friends to order in the future. If I do choose to order again or refer an order, I hope to get all the order in one shipment.
