This Latitude E6320 has an Intel Core i7 CPU, 4GB of DDR3 Memory and a 160GB Hard Drive. Feel free to upgrade the memory or hard drive. One Year Parts & Labor Warranty Yes it is strange to see a warranty that long on something used or refurbished and even stranger to see it coming from a retailer rather than a manufacturer but that is what separates us from the crowd of computer retailers. Really happy with this laptop! It's my 1st full laptop - had a chromebook before that was my daughter's. Really nice to have a Windows laptop! Would have had the CB for a little longer but wasn't meant to be and I'm glad! The Only thing that wd be a Small con is it's darker than the original picture - that's actually what caught my eye is the nice light taupe color - but nope that was the picture. But that's so Minor and everything else about it is great! Got many upgrades, everything running smoothly, size is Perfect - I think the biggest size in a laptop I'd Ever want would be the 14" anyway. It's Juuust light enough to pick up with one hand, lean against my couch as that is where it stays. Overall been a good refresher course in the updated computer components re processors, Memory and true interaction of both how they affect speed of processing. I've had No issues whatsoever - thought there was with the touchpad but finally came to me to use different fingers! Now it's just fine! Love how sturdy it is! You don't need a pillow or anything else under putting it on your lap! That is a big help! Only had a few days so mainly maintenance things, settings, etc. So haven't done much processing but this is not a computer for work, for home only but it Will be nice to be able to put FULL apps on it! Hope to have this Dell for some time!
