I received just what I wanted. I am 71 and have used my old Dell for 10 years. I searched for a Windows 7 and this Latitude is very nice. I would definitely by from Discount Electronics again.

Overall very happy but there was a bit of frustration trying to update everything new hard drive had old version of windows 7

Refurbished laptop arrived in good condition and packed well. I have transferred my data and programs and am impressed at how much faster this computer works compared to a previous Dell laptop with an i3 processor. I definitely got my money's worth.

Ordered the laptop, came quick. Checked the specs to make sure all of my upgrades were fitted to the laptop that I received. I was missing the SSD hard drive that I upgraded to; wrote to DiscountElectronics and they priority mailed the correct hard drive. My laptop seems to be operating well, I’m satisfied with my purchase.

After finally deciding to purchase (on a Thursday after 4 pm) item was shipped Monday and arrived Wed. Good so far. Excellent packaging and laptop arrived unharmed half way across the country. Laptop was in decent condition but really looks good after a quick cleaning. I ordered some basic upgrades... SSD, 8gb RAM, and extended battery. All was good except the battery. It appears that the unit I received was bad/defective. But after much troubleshooting and a "new" extended battery all is VERY WELL. I highly recommend DISCOUNT ELECTRONICS and would definately use them again.
