Dell Venue 11 Pro tablet w/keyboard
Discount Electronics was very easy to buy from. I had a couple problems navigating their website and they quickly called back and helped me. The people on the phone were the best. The package was shipped same day I ordered it and it arrived the next day -of course I'm only 100 miles West of Austin but it was still great service. It appears to be in great condition. As it's a Christmas present it hasn't been fired up yet. I had previously bought a laptop and desktop, both reconditioned, from Discount Electronics and I've been happy with both so Discount Electronics was the first place I looked for a tablet.
Battery not really as advertised
I’m assuming the description of the Venue was pulled from Dell’s site, and for the most part it met expectations. The Venue was clean and in really good condition, and it’s been pretty peppy. Where it has fallen short is the battery life. Instead of the advertised 8 hours, I’ve only been getting two-and-a-half to three hours max. That’s the only thing keeping me from giving this product five stars.
