From NotebookReview.com - Users looking to upgrade parts of IT staff looking to replacing components will find the Latitude E6410 very easy to service. Dell designed the entire bottom around a single access panel with a single screw holding it in place. After removing the screen (which is retained with a spring so it never gets lost) you simply slide the cover down about a smidge and pop it off. With the cover removed you gain access to the WWAN, Wi-Fi card, memory slots, processor and heatsink, CMOS battery, cooling fan, and the instant-on OS card. Outside of having a cover that removes by the thought of wanting to upgrade alone, the E6410 is probably the easiest notebook we have come across to upgrade.

One Year Parts & Labor Warranty Yes it is strange to see a warranty that long on something used or refurbished and even stranger to see it coming from a retailer rather than a manufacturer but that is what separates us from the crowd of computer retailers. Service after the sale and our warranty is what this company is all about.

Everything seems to be working. Set up was easy. Product arrived a little earlier than I thought it would and was VERY WELL wrapped. NOT their first rodeo. This is just a back up laptop I bought that I'm not asking much from so I stayed in the 200 dollar range. So far things couldn't be better. Thank you...
The unit arrived in a timely manner and upon inspection it was found to be in good shape physical.. During the initial power-up the unit displayed the operating system plus other goodies that had been installed. I opted for 8 gig of ram and wish I had opted for the SSD as well. After the initial inspection I decided to replace the anemic internal hard with a SSD, as the internal HD was the plain vanilla 5400 rpm model.
One of the things that I really like about dell laptops is the ease of which they allow the replacement of RAM and hard drives. After replacing the hard drive with a SSD model, and trying to install windows 10 the computer went through the stages just fine until it was time for re-boot. That is when the computer screen went blank and would not return until a initial re-boot attempt was tried. Then it would reach a point that it would go blank again. After many attempts I finally decided to hook the computer up to my desktop monitor and it worked just fine! I am left to wonder it the laptop monitor is defective or there are driver issues. I tend to discount driver issues as it works very well on an external monitor. Your mileage may vary.
Very happy if it
