This unit's TPM chip is not functioning properly and a message saying "TPM device not detected" will display at every start up. This will not hinder the performance of the laptop, it simply means you will not be able to use programs like BitLocker to encrypt the SSD. For the general public this shouldn't be an issue. In all other aspects the laptop will work properly. There are also a few scratches/imperfections on the lid. It has been discounted.
