    The drive actually before scheduled delivery. The replacement installation on my Dell Inspiron was very simple and I was up and running in just a few minutes. I installed Windows 10 the same day and everything is functioning normally. Ed Welkener (9/7/2015)

    Initially received the wrong item, albeit in a timely manner. Called to get a new unit, but apparently it didn't ship right away. In all the confusion we lost us a lot of valuable time. That said, the service department was very polite and anxious to help anyway they could. Despite the problems we would shop with these guys again.

    Item arrived in a timely manner. Installed and works as advertised. I would have preferred a new component, but given the age of my computer and the low price for a drive this size, I shouldn't have expected anything other than refurbished hardware. So far, this drive is working just fine.

    Called first to ask some questions and the representative was very helpful. Ordered online to track shipment and item was mailed that day and received two days later in FL from TX. Installed drive and went from there. No issues at all.
