    I was very leery on purchasing a hard drive on-line, due to my limited knowledge of computers internally. I followed the order instructions and once the hard drive was installed, everything went perfectly from there!

    The hard drive is working fine, but windows 8.1 is driving me nuts. I ordered the drive on Friday with UPS 2-day service, but was not aware that UPS doesn't work on Saturday. Had I known that, I would have used a less expensive means of delivery. Inform folks about UPS. Thanks.

    I received the hard drive on the day I expected it and I was glad it was insulated well. The only problem I have with it is that its slightly more noisy than the last and I hadn't realized, but i replaced a 750 gb sata 7200 rpm with a 500 gb sata with an unknown rpm
