Product was sub-par but DE did a great job.
Order the unit online and DE shipped it promptly. However, when I plugged in the charger, an error message came up saying that the laptop didn't recognize the charge and the battery wouldn't charge. When to DE and they replaced the charge immediately without a hassle and it worked in the store. When I got home, I got the same message again and the battery still wouldn't charge. Went back to DE again, but this time a replacement charger wouldn't even work in the store. DE exchanged the entire laptop this time with a newer, more expensive model with no added cost to me. I don't think anyone should expect great things from refurbished or reconditioned equipment of any kind. The way I look at it is that the previous owner got rid of it for a reason, a lot of the time because it was defective or inferior in the first place. I'm sure DE understands this as well and did their best to make it right. I commend them for this and am happy with the outcome.
