Arrived in near-mint condition. Very fast and yet runs at low temps. Very satisfied customer.

I just bought 2 of these. Couldnt be more pleased. Replaced the RAM w/Crucial 8 gig, which was cheaper than the DE upgrade, installed a 500 gig Intel SSD, and upgraded to Win10. Delivery time was great. Price was the best I found online.

Purchased 11/20/15. Received 11/23/15. Product was as advertised and in good shape. Has performed well since arrival. Price was just over $450USD with the 8GB RAM. Discount Electronics was good to deal with and delivered the product as promised in a timely fashion. I supposed paying shipping insurance on a refurb not coming directly from factory in a necessary thing just not something Im used to doing. It wasnt that much but does increase the total amount paid. No complaints regarding the service. The machine is not quite as fast as I thought it would be with SSD. The RAM would be better at 16 or even 12 but that was Dells decision. Windows 7 pro and explorer 11 are a bit unstable with several restarts and long running script failures. Chrome seems to perform better with this setup. Overall I will give it 4 stars as I am 80% satisfied considering the price. RJH, Inc - Austin, TX
