    HP 400G1 Review

    I've been using this machine for about a week and am totally satisfied. It has a couple of scuffs on the case (it's a refurb!) but runs quietly. For a quad core +3GHz processor and USB3.0 ports it's a great deal. The 190 watt power supply won't support a gaming video card. That's not why I got it, but my grandson's a little bummed. A couple of 'small' items to note. First, the WiFi card is actually a dongle and occupies one of the USB ports. Second, it would have been nice to include a note instructing me to register the Win10 software before I went looking for updates to it. I had to roll it back to enter the authentication key...now I know. I purchased this unit along with the wireless keyboard and mouse, and a 22" Dell monitor. The setup fully met my expectations.
