I can't get the thing to work. All i GET ON THE SCREEN IS A MESSAGE THAT WINDOWS FAILED TO START then auto-adjustment in progress. Then a message called factory operating system restore. Clicked on restore system and get message that restoring the OS will delete all data on system. What do I do?

Great refurbished machine with excellent service. Surprised that I could extend the warrantee from one year - which is generous - to two years with a small fee. I'm telling everyone here in Santa Fe that you don't have to live in Austin to take advantage of your great deals.

This unit was excellent; just had a client purchase an E6400 laptop that was also in excellent condition. I recommend DE to all my clients who are looking for upgrades without the cost of new & still get quality goods!
