nice and fast
This is a very nice and fast PC. I did upgrade to the SSD though so I am sure that makes a big difference in speed. I also upgraded to wifi and a monitor. Everything shipped fast. I ordered it on a Friday. It wasnt shipped until Monday but I received it on Tuesday. Customer service was fast and good up to one point which is the only reason I didn't rate it a five star. I asked if I could keep the old HDD since I upgraded to the SSD and use it as a secondary storage drive. Sammantha kindly replied the very next day and said they could do that at no extra charge which was great. However, they did not install the secondary drive and after my last email to her showing by a pic of my device manager that it indeed was not installed I have not heard back from them since going on about a week. I suppose I will have to purchase one now as I am using this for a home recording studio I need a secondary drive to store all of my songs. Other than that I had a good experience with a good product. Next time if I buy from here or if I decide to recommend them to my friends I should let them know to not ask for anything as I did as it prolly wont get done.

The $99 PC turned into $230 after upgrading the low end configuration. Even so, the extra cost was worth it. I hate Windoz, but my wifes current NT OS is showing it age. This will bring her computing into the 21st century. The PC was well packed and delivered in good time/condition... sans power cord. Reconditioned equipment has saved me $$$$ again!

Great company. The computer was delivered quickly, and works great. Just wish they indicated that it was 64 bit as this caused me to need to replace some of my peripheral hardware.
