Very pleased with the product and price. However, although the packaging of the computer and monitor were adequate, the selection of the shipping box was woeful. My package arrived badly damaged. One entire corner was totally crushed. Luckily the contents did not appear to have been damaged at all. Shame on UPS as well. They clearly botched the job of mending the shipping box with their tape. Then they dumped it at my door, without a word.
