    Arrived in 2 days with priority mail. My Dell 2320 flashed a message that I should instead be using a Dell adapter 145, but said to hit F1 to proceed. I did and it works fine, but I have to hit F1 each and every time I turn on the PC. But I am happy to be up and working again. Thanks for helping me out, it was horrible trying to work with Dell in some far off land. Best Buy Geeks tried to work with Dell on this and gave up.

    Needed a power brick fast for a family member in FL Fast order processing and shipment. Product arrived, plugged it in and my family was back on Skype w/ their family in time for a celebration. I wont do business with anyone else for spare / refurbished gear! BAW
