    I have a very old dell that i cant even get a new battery for. Your delivery was fast and the charger seems to be of better quality than the ones i have purchased in the past. Since they did not last long your one year guarantee impressed me.

    The PA-12 power supply works fine. Problem is my lap top broke down. I don't need the PA-12 anymore.

    This charger replaces the original OEM charger that had lost its ability to recharge my laptop battery. I replaced it with this new charger and got a new 9-cell extended use battery. Everything is working perfectly.
