WARRANTY
At DiscountElectronics.com, we stand behind our products with one of the best warranties in the business. All warranty service is performed in-house by our certified technicians.
- Desktops & Laptops: Desktops & laptops are covered by a One-year parts and labor warranty, unless otherwise stated on the receipt or product page at the time of sale.
- Monitors, Parts & Accessories: 90-day warranty, unless otherwise specified on the receipt or product page at the time of sale.
- Hard Drives & RAM: One-year warranty if included with a computer; 90 days if purchased separately.
- Laptop Batteries: 90-day warranty, whether included or purchased separately.
- Return Shipping for Warranty Service:
- Within 14 days of the invoice date: We provide a prepaid return label.
- After 14 days: Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Defective Product Returns
If a returned product is confirmed defective, it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. All items must be returned in their original condition.
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or third-party software installed by the user.
- Products that do not exhibit the described reason for return
- Products with missing, damaged, or illegible serial number label
- Physical damage not reported upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged during shipment, please contact Customer Service immediately upon receipt.
RETURNS
- Submit return requests via email to internet@discountelectronics.com. Please include your Order Number in your message.
- Refunds are issued as store credit only.
- Items must be returned and received before a replacement is shipped, or store credit is issued.
Return Types:
- Online Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 day of the Invoice Date for Store Credit only.
- Purchases may be returned for Store Credit only.
- Returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.
- Store Credit does not expire.
- Store Credit can be accessed by signing into the account using the email address provided at the time of sale.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping cost is non-refundable; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless returned under for warranty repair within 14 days of the Invoice Date.
- Packaging: Items must be securely packed and returned in original condition with secure packaging.
- Returned items damaged in shipping due to insufficient packaging will not be accepted.
- In-Store Returns: Store credit via Discount Electronics gift card (tax included); proof of purchase required.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled before shipment, but are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are issued as store credit only. Store credit can be accessed by logging into your account using the email address provided at purchase.
SHIPPING
We strive to ship all Online Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) on the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.
Please Note:
- FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes, or deliver on Sundays/holidays.
- USPS does not deliver on Sundays/holidays and is not insured.
- Tracking information will be sent via email. You can track your order from the carrier's website once it ships.
- We currently ship only within the U.S. and U.S. territories.
Mobile Terms of Service

The Discount Electronics mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Discount Electronics (“Discount Electronics”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Discount Electronics’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Discount Electronics through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Discount Electronics. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18775601104 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Discount Electronics mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
