Dell Professional P2011H 20" Computer Monitor No Stand C-Grade

The monitor was well packaged and in great condition when received. All the controls and features of the monitor were in working condition. The internal packaging of the shipping container was simply outstanding including a foam sheet to cover the screen and several wraps of bubble wrap around the entire unit. This monitor is light weight which is convenient for mounting above the surface on an articulating arm. The picture quality is great including the color quality. Although not used in this application the mount will provide adjustments in all directions to accommodate viewing of the screen. So all-in-all the monitor was a good buy and is providing the service intended. The overall condition of the monitor to include cosmetic and functional aspects are great as a result of the refurbishment process.

It arrived one day earlier than expected, it included a sound bar, it was well packaged, in new condition, included cables, was on the more expensive swivel and adjustable height stand. I couldnt be happier.

I was looking for an inexpensive extra monitor and this one got to me quicker than expected. It was in good shape and handles the job. I didnt need a new expensive monitor just one that was bigger than my laptop screen for my second monitor. This worked well.
