    Arrived quickly, unfortunately it was damaged in transit. Discount Electronics sent out a replacement immediately. I order all my parts for our Dell Laptops from DE. Great prices, great customer service!

    Since Dell no longer makes this keyboard, I was a bit nervous. Received the keyboard within days. Installation was straightforward and the keyboard works perfectly.

    Product works. The video on how to install it was wrong but I figured it by searching other web sites. Also, the small ribbon cable attached to the keyboard was not included so it took a few more tense seconds to not wreck the existing one. But all in all the price wad great. The delivery was fast.
