Product works. The video on how to install it was wrong but I figured it by searching other web sites. Also, the small ribbon cable attached to the keyboard was not included so it took a few more tense seconds to not wreck the existing one. But all in all the price wad great. The delivery was fast.

Received exactly what was ordered. The keyboard installed great. Packaged very well too. I would definitely return and purchase again.
Since Dell no longer makes this keyboard, I was a bit nervous. Received the keyboard within days. Installation was straightforward and the keyboard works perfectly.
