I’ve been doing business with this outfit for the better part of a year. I ordered 2 of these workstations. One of them came pretty beat up. It had issues with the power supply, fans, and I couldn’t get it to boot. DE sent me a return label. I boxed it up and within 2 weeks I received a new workstation. Now that’s the kind of customer service that is sadly missing in this country. If you treat your customers the way DE treats theirs, you’re going to be very successful.
