    Troubleshooting led to conclusion I needed a new power supply. Ordered and shipped same day; arrived in great packaging and worked like a charm. Will probably order a monitor from DE to use with that computer since I got a new computer.

    The correct part was shipped and received. Unfortunately computer was fried and part needs to be returned. I have send an e-mail to Customer Service.

    My computer guy told me to purchase the Dell power supply which shipped quickly, nice packaging. Found out it is the Motherboard instead, so I have a useless $50 part that I cannot return. -Beth (4/21/2015)
