    This computer is excellent, 16 GB of RAM makes all the difference. If I had the money I would donate 3 of these to my local sportsman club.

    Perfect take away desktop

    Sometimes I need to travel for a day or two, but I still need to access things and even the best phone or tablet wont quite do and you need Windows. This is a powerhouse, has long battery life, especially with the extended battery, ports galore (including SATA!), can do 4k on a TV - what else could I want for the price? The only thing was the LCD panel itself was a smaller resolution, but given the screen size made things easier to read, and since I can plug it into a big TV wasnt a problem. I love this laptop and use it as a live backup of my desktop.

    Pleasantly surprised

    I have had my computer for over a week and it runs as expected. Being able to customize it and for an all purpose computer i'm very satisfied with it.

    Good refurb laptop at a decent price...

    The machine is a decent Dell; the i7 core is CERTAINLY worth the extra cost (over an i5), and if you pay the minimal cost to get your memory upgraded before shipping, it saves a lot of time and hassle. The machine is clean, runs well, and is worth the price. Most importantly to me, however, is the customer service. I did have an issue after delivery, and one phone call to Chris at internet sales took care of the problem within an hour... no questions, no arguments, just acknowledged the problem and fixed it. That is MUCH more impressive to me than the product itself. HIGHLY recommended.
