Arrived within 3 days. Looks brand new. Simple directions on registering windows 10. Emailed company with display question and received prompt response from “Joe” with concise resolution that I needed to be able to use display port. Had spent an hour trying to figure out when their office hadnt yet opened to no avail! Great product and support!
