    dell laptop

    worked perfectly out of the box easy to set up. If I have a complaint its that the surrounding area around the keyboard and mouse is very tacky to the touch. Dont know why that would be

    sturdy laptop

    this is a sturdy laptop, seems barely used. this is the first time I have bought a refurbished laptop, I would buy from DE again.

    Received my computer but the screen was bad. Called customer service and received my new screen 2nd Day UPS. Installed it today and wow its great. Im a repeat customer and have been pleased with all of the computers Ive ordered and the customer service when needed. Great work. Val Northcutt

    S/W install was a little tough, had to do it 3 times before I got an install that was stable. Price, shipping and system seems to be up to Dell OME standards. Ask m e in a year. The companys business model may be geared to jobbers but for consumers who work 60-70 hours a week and on Saturdays, late hours Saturday or even one day a week tech support hours would be real nice.
