Shipped as promised. Shipping material was adequate. Received in a timely manner. Perhaps the most positive thing I can add is that when I plugged the unit in, it started to beep which I knew meant a failure of some kind. I called the provided number and was answered by a voicemail. I left a message and hoped for the best. To my delight and surprise, I was called back within minutes. To make a lengthy story short. all was resolved. Everyone makes mistakes or has problems. It's how you deal with them that makes the difference. These guys did great in my book. I will do more business here.

Everything arrived in acceptable order and products work like new, will be back for the next time!

Very happy with my new computer! This is my second one. The first was WinXP, which still works, but needed an upgrade. Very pleased with the service and it was mailed to me. Saved me from traffic. Well worth it. Also, emailed them a question and they emailed right back.
