Refurbished Dell Laptops | Latitude, Precision

We've been refurbishing Dell laptops since 1997, and Dell still makes up the majority of what comes through our bench. There's a reason for that: Dell's business lines are built to be serviced. Parts stay available. The BIOS is predictable. And the Latitude in particular was engineered for the kind of daily use that wears out consumer hardware inside two years.

The models you'll see most: Latitude 5000 and 7000 series cover the mainstream and premium business ranges. The 5000 is the reliable, no-nonsense option — good build, standard ports, usually the best value. The 7000 adds a thinner chassis, better display options, and a slightly more premium feel. Precision models show up occasionally for workload-heavy users who need dedicated graphics or more RAM headroom.

Specs to focus on for typical use: 16GB RAM, 256GB or 512GB SSD, 14-inch display for portability. Processor generation matters less than people assume — a 10th-gen i7 outperforms a 12th-gen i5 in real workloads, and both are more than fast enough for office work.

All Dell laptops pass our 41-point inspection before shipping. Battery is replaced if it can't hold 70% capacity. Thermal paste is redone on machines three years or older. Windows 11 Pro, clean install. No bloatware.

Every unit includes a 1-year parts and labor warranty and ships free the same day on orders placed before 1 PM CST. Want help picking a Latitude for a specific use case? Call us at 512-459-0026 — a real tech in Austin will pick up.
