Cheap Refurbished Computer Monitors

Discount Electronics sells refurbished computer monitors from Dell, HP, and Lenovo — sizes 17″ to 32″, starting at $35. Connections include USB-C, HDMI, DisplayPort, DVI, and VGA. Every monitor ships with a video cable and power cable included.

All monitors are bench-tested at our Austin, Texas facility before they ship. Most carry a 90-day warranty — any exceptions are noted on the product page. See how we inspect every unit.

  • Sizes and use cases: 19″–22″ monitors work well for a second screen or light office use. 24″ is the sweet spot for most desks. 27″–32″ models are available for multi-window workflows or design work.
  • Connections: Most units have at least HDMI and DisplayPort. USB-C monitors that also charge your laptop are available. Check the product listing for the exact port configuration before ordering.
  • Grades and pricing: Grade A units show no visible cosmetic wear. Grade B units may have light scratching on the bezel — the panel itself is defect-free. Prices run 60–80% below retail. Free shipping on every order.
